Indigo" I'm returning to the mountain I feel in love on but this time with a broken heart as the scenery darkens my perspective.  I now recognize the true colors and I'm trying to make it out of this feeling alive.

This is a song dedicated to winter, depression, anxiety, pain, loss and anyone battling mental illness. As we prepare for the long winter that seems to last for an eternity, we must remember to remain focused. Remember to socialize but also use time for internal reflection. To ALWAYS remember it's OK to feel what you feel even if it's painfully dark and surreal. But to please reach out when you need help and know there's always someone there to listen. The Winter Mantra we shall repeat together as an anthem to get through the brutal cold that exists like the frozen leaves on the trees but also within our souls and minds.
