It is believed that the Apostle Paul wrote Romans during 55 A.D. to those in Christ at Rome. Paul makes it clear that we are justified through faith by grace and that the law brought us to the knowledge of sin and death. He also points out that the life we have inherited by the Spirit has made us Sons of God in Christ.
