After appearing twice on Odd Echoes series, and being on the remix duties for the last EP of Julian Wassermann & Raphael Mader on Oddity; Artche present us his debut EP on the label.

The lead track ¨Lungs¨ is the opener of the EP, an energetic melancholic banger. His powerful groovy bassline, with the combination of the haunting pads and lead synths, create an uplifting vibe full of emotions throughout the track.

On the remix duties, Jody Barr, who also was part of the last Odd Echoes, reworks his version into heavier yet emotional cut.

Going deeper into the EP, ¨Tether¨ is the following track. The arpeggios and brass are the most catchy elements of this one, creating tension while the track builds up. The playing melodies and harmonies, create a beautiful response between each other, complemented by all the other elements.

To close the EP, Artche delivers two versions of ¨Passenger¨ which is the deeper cut. The percussion and the arpeggio, slowly build up as the track moves forward, releasing the tension with some beautiful chord pad stabs. The (Alt Mix) bring the version into a breaks mix, that makes you fall into the trip.

Paul Oakenfold’s Trance Mission album – due for release in the Spring will feature fresh and exciting cover versions of ten of Oakenfold’s all time favourite trance records. 

The first single on Perfecto Fluoro from the album is Paul’s driving remake of one of the most recognisable riffs of all time in electronic music. 

Mixmag voted “Best Tune Ever” in 2001 and BBC Radio 1 listener voted best dance track of the last 20 years in 2011 there have been countless remixes of “Café Del Mar” over the years but few have covered this seminal title till now. 

“After making more of a big room, new school trance sounding remake of “Toca Me” for Perfecto I knew when it came to Café del Mar I wanted to take things in the fluoro direction. The riff just begs you to. And since that was always the plan I also knew I wanted key Fluoro names remixing it as well so got Activa, Angry Man and Peetu S – who are all backbone contributors to the label to stamp their signature style on their versions. This is a touch peak time package for proper trance fans. Every time I’ve played this out in the last few months the place has just gone off. It’s nice to represent the track in a different, kind of GOA Trance themed style.”

Four unique takes on Paul Oakenfold’s cover of what is arguably the biggest trance record of all time. 

This is the first chapter in the Trance Mission story.

We only release music we absolutely love, and so we are proud to present yet another very talented artist on Truesounds Music - Italy-based Unstable Son, with his new 4-track EP, Dystopia.

The title track ‘Dystopia’, one of the most outstanding productions that has come our way recently, combines a breakbeat base with contemporary melodic, liquid sound. The cherry on top is the vocal from Lily Und Wolf. 

For the remix, when it comes to quality we do not compromise, so we asked the underground icon, Martin Roth, to rework the tune and we are extremely delighted to have him on our label. With potential to become a club anthem, it’s most definitely a peak time tune that takes you on a hypnotic journey with a multitude of melodies and a groove that will make you dance till the very end.

The next track, ‘Secrets’ is a bit different with an uplifting, joyful, Ibiza vibe and a male vocal by Dcoverz. Finally we have an instrumental track, ‘Ypsilon’, with a true underground sound - just what Truesounds is all about. We hope you enjoy!
