Carbon Music introduce Walk:r to the fold for his debut single - 'Mirrors / Indigo'.

Marking a milestone tenth release on Jubei's label, Walk:r brings a fresh energy whilst paying homage to moments past.

Two quality tracks, both accomplished and harnessing a classic soul, the simplicity and stripped back groove of 'Mirrors' is backed by the atmospheric nostalgia of Good Looking inspired 'Indigo'.

Walk:r opens his Carbon Music account with a composed first release.

Once again we've been busy saucing the finest dubplates around to put together a super tasty various artists EP. Outsauced Pt.2 is the second in this series and we are very excited to present fresh music and new names to the label.

Firstly we welcome the prolific Zero T, who has crafted a bubbly, Bristol, bongo roller called 'On The M.I.C'.
Bad boy duo Genic have teamed up with man like Trakker to deliver one of the greatest of sauces: 'Sweet Chilli'.
Local Bristol talent Objectiv has been so busy making west country wobble that he may have been a bit distracted resulting in 'Burnt Toast'.
And finally, we welcome another one of our favourite Ukrainian producers, Dub Head, who has served up some absolute swag with 'Your Style'.

All of these tunes have been carefully selected to inject maximum vibes and saucy fun for the dance.

‘Observer’ was one of the most indulgent tracks on the original album - one of the ones that I love the most, almost because I knew it wouldn’t be a fan-favourite. Indi has taken the DNA of the original, taken a few BPM off the tempo, and made a groovy, raw, and chord-laden version that I’ve loved from the very first demo. She has turned in such a masterful job. The groove, the pads, the sub - she has smashed it.

Finally emerging like some untamed ungroomed yeti from said murky corner, the young whippersnapper unleashes three similarly dank and deep cuts for Tough Love: Part One in the form of the slimy yet crunchy ‘Gherkin’, the chug chug chug number that is ’Motion’ with fellow bass booter T>I, all alongside one that surely needs no more progress whatsoever, the tub-thumping ‘In Progress’ alongside Acid Lab. 

Serious pieces of music from a not so serious man, we can’t wait for you to unleash these on the unsuspecting ravers in the club. They’re going to smash down walls and beat up rigs, and this is just the beginning of the new Tough Love project from the man they call Myth!

Myth X T I - Motion

We’re delighted to welcome Klippee into the CIA fold, and he bounces his way right through the door with three tracks of pure heat with his brand new ‘Raw EP’. 

The Seattle native has been making sonic waves for a bit of time now and we’ve been impressed with what we’ve heard. His ‘Raw EP’ showcases exactly the kind of vibes that have been getting his tracks into the record boxes of some of the scene’s top selectors as he comes with weighty bass and tight drums, but always that bit of funk or that jungle vibe that makes him a great fit for CIA. 

All of the tracks have quite a specific sound and feel to them - meaty yet classic breaks, big pulsating bass, and some choice samples to keep them moving. But it feels like Klippee is already carving himself quite a niche and quite a sound - one that’s going to do the damage on the floor and be sure to see his tracks getting some heavy rotation for quite some time to come.
