Readiness is an important part of life and success, both individually and collectively.&nbsp; However, when we’re attempting to do something big, new, or both, the paradox is that we’re usually not quite ready and always ready at the same time.&nbsp; On this episode I talk about how we often get in our own way with perfectionism, procrastination, and fear.&nbsp; I then share five specific things we can do to take courageous action, whether or not we feel ready to do so. &nbsp; Resources:
