Meet Macielle. She lives in Miami, Fl but the magic city has not been all fun and no play. For the past 7 years, Macielle had to grow up when she decided to move out from her mom's house. She had to grow up into the world. A world that many of us have or are learning to survive in post-college life, if you went down that path. It's this world we hear too often, "adulting." I speak with Macielle about the growing pains of life, growing up Latina in the U.S., and expectations from others.

Meet McKenna Garvey. She lives in Wisconsin and has a message to share with you: s**t gets better. What gets better? Well, life. I want to take a moment to pause with all of you and to ask yourself: how am I today? Answer that honestly and then clear your mind for the next couple of minutes in your day to listen to McKenna. In my conversation with her, she shares with me her battle with wanting to feel alive and the fact she never had any resources available at her high school to help her understand what was going on inside her brain, which eventually led to surviving depression with finding the cure overseas and being body positive.
