Obtenir ses papiers, qu’on vienne du Mexique ou du Cameroun, amène à devoir vivre l’expérience de la préfecture - pour ne pas dire le cauchemar de la préfecture. Visa temporaire, permis de travail à renouveler, récépissé, file d’attente, confrontation avec les agents, incohérences bureaucratiques… Ils ont fini par renoncer. Mais est-ce mieux au Canada et particulièrement à Vancouver ou Winnipeg ? Il faut y aller pour le savoir.
