Dr Danielle Wiesner is the President of the World Congress of Chiropractic Students and is a recent graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), having graduated in June 2017. Danielle has been involved with the WCCS since her first year at CMCC and served on the Board of Directors last year as treasurer. Danielle completed her Bachelors in Kinesiology (Hons) at Brock University, and was a member of the school’s varsity rowing team. Coming from an athletic background she finds that the WCCS reflects the team environment that she enjoys participating in. During her final year at CMCC she completed a placement at a multidisciplinary clinic at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. In addition, she's a two time delegate to the World Health Assembly, as a delegate on behalf of the World Federation of Chiropractic and the International Federation of Medical Students Associations. She takes a particular interest in the benefits of interprofessional care and interprofessional education.
