      Worldfame is an American hip hop trio based out of Los Angeles, Ca. and Chicago, IL  Their sound is a mix of smooth, soul driven samples, hard edged Trap style anthems, and vibe heavy West Coast club and party grooves. The trio is comprised of group members Pask-1, Flake the Great, and RoGizz.

            Group members Flake the Great and RoGizz initially met while attending Howard University and created a musical bond based on a mutual love for the art of freestyling and making quality music. After RoGizz briefly relocated to Los Angeles, Flake the Great introduced him to Pask-1 who was making his own mark at the time doing local performances and music throughout the city.  Because of the chemistry between them in the studio, they decided to start a group aptly titled “Worldfame”. This group name spoke to their ambition and ability to create music that has a universal appeal in sound and lyrical quality. Due to unfortunate circumstances, Flake the Great was incarcerated and, during this time, Pask-1 and RoGizz continued to make songs together promoting the Worldfame brand on mixtapes/videos while awaiting the release of Flake to resume their group activities as initially put together. 

            After being released from prison, Flake the Great reconnected with Pask-1 and RoGizz to create a classic debut mixtape entitled “The World is My Movie” that has received early praise from industry tastemakers and DJ’s across many different states and regions. The goal for this group is World Domination of the music charts and continued success through successful touring and licensing opportunities. Their debut mixtape features top notch production from in house producers SC (Mobb Deep, Game, BJ the Chicago Kidd, YG, Young Jeezy, G-Unit), Yung Kryptonite (King Louie, Lil Durk), and J Trax (Riff Raff, Sisqo, Rita Ora, BJ the Chicago Kidd).  It has caught the attention of industry heavyweights like Troy Marshall (Interscope Records), Archie Bonkers (Universal Music Group) and  Livio Harris (NottingHill Publishing Group), among others, who are patiently waiting to see their music extend into other markets and create a worldwide brand that can be utilized to promote future releases. The songs are a mix of angst driven emotional reflection, feel good vibes, and poignant lifestyle descriptives that are highly relatable to a universal fan base. In the words of group member Pask-1, “Our life is a movie. When u recite it to the perfect musical backdrop, it becomes a movement.
