Angie Hughes started working for Kay & Co of Worcester as an Agency Clerk in 1978. When she left in 1986 she was working as a Branch Tutor, training new agency clerks.

Anne Thomas started working at Kays in 1974. She started as Personnel Manager and left in 1998 holding the position of Public Relations Manager.

Brian Pooley was employed as a photographer in Kays studio in Worcester. He started in 1966 and worked there for 35 years. He retired as studio manager in 2001.

Joanne Bell started working at Kays in 1997 in the Returns and Picking departments. Leaving for University, she returned during her summer holidays in between 2000 and 2003.
