The battlefield presented in the world of tanks is full of trees, bushes and other obstacles. So the basic rule is not to knock down the trees, as it gives information about your position to your opponent. You can even use them to hide from your enemies.
The battlefield is full of terrain; you can take advantage of terrain to attack your enemy by having the cover. Hide behind the big rocks or hill wait for your target to come, aim and fire, then hide again reload your weapon then attack again.
