i never gave much insight on this song, so i'm going to do it here. this song originally started out titled as "her" and later "the key to the heart" in feb 2019. i retitled it later the same year to "whisper of the heart" to surround better contexts contrasting why i originally wrote it.  two years after writing this song, the meaning couldn't be more clear to me — this song embraces a love for a girl that no one can ever meet, a consistent theme that some may notice runs in my music. "whisper of the heart" is the start of it all.
