"Full shitter" - (a.k.a. Goin' Full Shitter), is named for a phrase that's been floating around my circle of friends for awhile now, which basically means going all out, full throttle etc. etc... 

This track is OBVIOUSLY Van Halen influenced, and I know I do my share of these, but they're so damn fun to produce as the Van Halen guitar style is so loose, and it incorporates well with my own individual style and technique.  Also they're pretty popular with music supervisors right now for TV licensing.  

All that said, this track is built on some pretty intricate two-hand tap guitar riffs.  One of which jumps around the fretboard quite a bit, and the other is made up of some really stretchy and tricky sextuplets.  Kind of like the Hot for Teacher intro but on a higher string and way stretchier.  LOL.. 

Oh, and for those Brown Sound freak fans of mine out there, this track utilizes two classic EVH guitar tones.  The tapping parts and solo are done with the MXR Flanger, and the main guitar riffing parts are all done with the VH Chorused guitar tone from the Balance era'ish...

As always enjoy the track.. and CRANK THIS ONE UP!!! it is indeed "The Full Shitter" for sure.

Johan van Rensburg has been drawn to music since the age of 4. This passion lead him to learn playing the piano, and stirred a passion to start singing.
He then joined the worship team at age 7 and since then grew into Leading Worship at Spirit Word Ministries. He travels locally and internationally releasing what God has placed on his life, through music.

He leads worship at conferences, worship conferences, churches, prophetic conferences and events. While ministering the Word of God, he sees many supernatural miracles and healing taking place.

Johan has been in various bands, he started Sons of Life in 2013,  and has since been venturing out into many different music avenues which God has placed in his life.
