After an impressive debut release on Street Tracks last Autumn, Tamir Malka is back for a second outing, and another EP of techno tinged, minimal house cuts.  Born and raised in Jerusalem, and currently residing in Tel-Aviv, Tamir is taking big strides with his productions, and cues up a trio of exemplary tracks in the ‘Runnin Away’ EP.

Title track ‘Runnin’ Away’ deploys acidic pulses, reverberating vocals and an industrious rhythm for a proper pumping techy roller, whilst ‘Stop In My Mind’ keeps things paired and stripped back, as a minimal drum groove and pliable bassline welcomes vocal refrains soaked in delays and FX. 

‘Chronic’ seals off this assured release, with creative and playful beats, coupled with deft keys and a generous injection of bass.  A superb piece of deep tech sounds from this aspiring producer.
