Getting in some practice improvising Ecstatic Dance Waves.  The biggest challenge is the time constraint of 2 hours! I can't plan ahead, that takes all the fun out of it for me, but fortunately I understand phrasing well enough to create a good flow.  Never as good without an audience, but this one was good enough to post.
