Moonlight Sonata - Ludwig van Beethoven Piano Cover

My interpretation of the beautiful piece by Michael Giacchino. For the people who know the song well you can hear I improvised here and there. It's a very easy song to play/learn but despite it's simpelness I like the song a lot and think it's one of the better Lost-tracks and maybe even works of Michael. Hope you do too and enjoy my interpretation :)

P.S. the strings are recorded with the dual function, somehow my piano doesn't like layering.

My (played by ear) interpretation of Einaudi's track Una Mattina. As requested ;) Made a few small adjusments to the melody/tempi. But mainly I tried to keep it as close to the original as possible.

Una Mattina - Einaudi Piano Cover

I heard this song for the first time in Shrek several years ago, that's why I decided to put the shrek album cover even though I know that there are many, many great covers and I believe Leonard Cohen is the original composer.

The first time playing the melody I want to keep it gently and peacefull, the second time with a bit more emotion and notes and the third time I changed the tempi a bit so that the final hallelujah chorus has more effect. Hope you'll like it :)

Nuvole Bianche - Einaudi Piano Cover

My interpretation of Einaudi's track passaggio. I want to thank Aron for suggesting it :) My second Einaudi requests in one week, but I don't think I'll grow tired quickly of learning Einaudi's songs, I really like the harmonies and ambiance of the songs. 

I shifted the melody +1 octave (the last time) because I thought it would otherwise be (very) repetitive. Besides that a few minor changes in tempi/notes. 

Passaggio - Ludovico Einaudi Piano Cover

I heard the tune of Blackheart coming by in my music library. It got stuck in my head so I started improvising on the melody. After a few tries I recorded it. I know the song isn't the full version or as epic as the original. But like always, still wanted to see what you'll think. Maybe when I have the time I will learn it fully with the sheets or play it by ear ;)

Two Steps From Hell - Blackheart Piano Improvisation

This song is originally written for guitar but I thought it would be fun to make a piano cover of it. I made 1 minor mistake I could live with this time and 1 small change in melody but for the rest I kept it much like the original. 

It's a great game to play btw, especially the story and stunning landscapes are making the game worth playing.

The Last of Us - Main Theme Piano Cover

After a busy week finally found some time to play the piano again. Heard this song online and thought it would be suiting for a piano cover. I decided to keep the beginning quiet and peaceful like the original and then the second time playing I put some more emotion/dynamics into it. If you like this you should listen to the original by Hans ZImmer which is really great.

Played by ear and left hand is improvised (as usual)

Played by ear. I know it's a little different from the original but I always like to experiment with multiple styles/rythms so that it's something else then all the existing covers :) Hope you like it.

This cover is partially improvised, partially based on the theme featured in the titanic and also a little bit inspired by BYU-Vocal point from which I first heard this cover. So don't expect the exact original, but some variations :) Hope you'll like it.

My interpretation of Riku's theme from Kingdom Hearts. I made a few minor mistakes, but I still thought it was good enough to upload. As people who are familiar with this song probably already noticed, it was inspired by the Kingdom Hearts Piano Collections cover from Miwa Soto. I still tried to make it my own version though.
