For over 10 years, Paul Avila and his organization Pauly's Project has been tirelessly providing food, clothing, and hygiene supplies to those living on the streets in Downtown Los Angeles. His operation has since grown to include thousands of volunteers and now provides services across Los Angeles County.  In this podcast, we go in-depth with Paul and his sister Catherine (who runs operations for PP) to discuss what motivates them, how the homelessness crisis has evolved during the past ten years, and how they've evolved to meet those challenges.

Warning: this is a mature conversation about a very complex topic: the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles. We touch on sensitive subjects like mental health, addiction, violence, and death.

However, this is also a conversation about faith, dedication, redemption, and hope. We hope it inspires you to get more involved.
