Took a recent clip I heard by Dr. Umar ...and cut up some Margo Williams song God Save & Protect all our children..to create this ode to the classics..with a message about how we need to save our children..our society..from negative music that isn't good for anyone...
rap that destroys our community ...instead of hip hop that raises it...
dedicated to those wack negative rappers that rap about the same old stuff over and over...and over and over...Props to those real Hip Hop MCs with substance...a positive message..a true voice...honesty, integrity ...with grand lyrical abilities that don't repeat the same old crap rap concept of spitn about smoking weed, making money, degrading women, talk'n bout guns, glorifying violence, death, gangs, rape, killing, man against man....instead of brother for brother of each and every color. Dr. Umar may not like white people...but I think there are things that we can kindly agree to agree on ..and disagree on. We don't need music that speaks about sex, clubn, drinking, drug use, violence, ...no matter the genre...there is far too much negative crap in the all the music genres...and people pay to be poisoned...via food...meds...water...things..and music...it seems...

An off the cuff one time collab. The Evolutionairie dudes sent me their instrumental beat and vocal wavs..I created this demo idea per scratches and cut ideas I added. Unsure whether they ever used this or not but I dig what I did per one of my first collabs back when I had some decent dj Denon gear and I was still a newbie at on the deck. Not bad for an unknown amateur DJ with a lot of passion and love and interest in cutin/scratching like my faves Premier, Magic Mike and etc. Enjoy!
