SCREWBALL / HANDRA / Poznań

Screwball, czyli Marek Szpak, pochodzący z Bydgoszczy producent oraz dj, aktywny na scenie od drugiej połowy lat 90. Rozpoczynał od produkcji brzmień uk hardcore oraz jungle, nastepnie mocno  zanurzył się drumnbassie, z wycieczkami w stronę bassline garage czy breaks. Po wypuszczeniu  debiutanckiego CD „Brudne Skarpety” kolejne utwory zaczął wydawać na winylach. Kilka lat później wspólnie z Filipem Zdrodowskim stworzył formację Handra, która skupiła się na tworzeniu  minimalowych brzmień dnb. Handra poza produkcją własnej muzyki tworzy również z uznanymi, polskimi artystami (nie tylko sceny dnb) oraz międzynarodowymi i jest dziś jednym z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych składów grających drumandbass w Polsce.
Screwball spędził sporą część życia w pociągach i samolotach zmierzając na kolejne imprezy. Grywa  zarówno w klubach, jak i na dużych festiwalach (ostatnio można było go usłyszeć na śląskim Feście). Ze swoją muzyką pojawiał się również w Anglii, Irlandii, Szwajcarii, Austrii czy Czechach. Ostatnio ponownie odżyła jego miłość do uk hardcore, ale to pewnie przez kryzys wieku średniego.
