2022 saw Sl8r drop multiple release across the scenes most respected labels, including the likes of The North Quarter, 31 Recordings, Hospital Records, V Recordings, Space Cadet and many more. He now starts his 2023 back on V Recordings with a two track single that's set to leave the club walls shaking.

He joins forces with Leeds based artist Samurai Breaks for 'Manny Ravers', where you can hear a pre-drop vocal cameo from MNT. The flip side 'Homegrown' is another continuation of Sl8r's signature sound, with snappy breaks, jazzy samples and subby basslines rinsin' throughout.

Heist comes to V Recordings with his debut EP for the label, 'Harlots'. The four-track release showcases Heist's connections with the foundations of the Drum & Bass movement as he draws influences from the classics and spins them for a new era. With two tracks featuring OG MC Funsta, who brings an extra layer of hype and energy on 'Rob Da Bank' and 'Camouflage'.

Fans of Heist's music will be familiar with the infectious grooves and hard-hitting delivery on the 'Harlots EP'. For those new to his music, Heist's sound draws influences from the full D&B spectrum, which this special release tipping a hat to some of the classic V producers like Krust and Dillinja. Title track 'Harlots', takes things in a darker direction with its menacing bassline and eerie atmospherics. Heist shows off his production skills across the EP with intricate drum work and a brooding energy that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

With previous releases with the V family on Philly Blunt Records and Chronic, as well as Metalheadz, Digital Soundboy, Low Down Deep and his own Co-Lab Recordings Heist has established himself as a respected and influential producer in the drum and bass scene. The continued support he has from DJs across the whole scene for the last 20 years is a testament to this.

Zero T, a pivotal figure in the drum & bass scene for over two decades, unveils his latest endeavour, the "Journey Begins EP", on V Recordings. His career launched with early releases around the turn of the century on legendary labels such as Bassbin and Reinforced Records, setting the stage for a prolific journey through the genre. Over the years, Zero T's discography has flourished with releases on major labels like Metalheadz, Shogun Audio, and The North Quarter, showcasing his broad musical range and steadfast dedication to the craft.

2022 marked the release of his innovative LP, "Kilburn", a collaboration with blind jazz pianist Andre Louis (Onj), exemplifying his skill in merging drum & bass with intricate musical elements. The "Journey Begins EP" continues this narrative, featuring collaborations with V Recordings' very own L-Side, the iconic MC GQ, and a reunion with Onj. This melding of talents underlines Zero T's unique position at the crossroads of classic and contemporary drum & bass sounds, with tracks that are energetic enough for any dance floor, alongside deeper moments that transcend the dance floor.

This is not his first outing on V Recordings, having previously released solo tracks and collaborations on V and Liquid V. However, this new release marks his first solo EP on the label, celebrating Zero T's enduring impact, his musical influences, and continuous innovation within Drum & Bass.
