They say momentum creates success, and as we enter the second quarter of the year, we crank up the energy with a six-track release from Swiss artist Unconformist. Finding the perfect balance between EBM-leaning basslines, rough textures, and lush atmospheres, Vivid Scars Symphony is all killer, with no filler.

Within this intense journey of sound, Unconformist is joined by fellow Swiss artist Giselh, for a perfect match of power and intensity. Rounding off the release is German mega talent Parallx, whose rendition of Mindstorm Sonata takes the track to a whole new dimension of uplifting dub techno.

Whether as Tensal, Komatsu, or 1/2 of Exium, Hector is always an integral name in the sets of most techno DJs. His achievement lies in something that is not common in the current state of the scene: crafting perfectly balanced tracks that fit in both hypnotic and peak-time sets.
He demonstrates a superior comprehension of the genre's core and introduces a modern sound palette to which he applies contemporary processing techniques that result in both originality and a polished, professional outcome that surpasses the narrow boundaries of progenitorial techno.
"Photon Radiation EP" is a flawless model of this statement as it encapsulates the essence and hypnotic nature of the genre but enriches it with futurist elements, evident in both sound curation and production quality. A future classic and a must-have for all techno enthusiasts.
