Daniel Muzyczuk is Head of the Modern Art Department at Museum Sztuki in Lodz. Curator of the exhibitions “Gone to Croatan” (with Robert Rumas), “The Melancholy of Resistance” (with Agnieszka Pindera), “Views 2011”, “Sounding the Body Electric: Experiments in Art and Music in Eastern Europe 1957 – 1984” (with David Crowley), “Notes from the Undeground: Art and Alternative Music in Eastern Europe 1968-1994” (with David Crowley), “The Museum of Rhythm” (with Natasha Ginwala), “Through The Soundproof Curtain: The Polish Radio Experimental” (with Michał Mendyk), “Work, work, work (work). Céline Condorelli and Wendelien van Oldenborgh” (with Joanna Sokołowska), among others. Co-curator of the Polish Pavilion of the 55th Venice Biennale (with Agnieszka Pindera). In terms of talking points:
– maybe we can start with the Plotters show in Cologne, in general, descriptive, context driven
– relation between two video works from this show Plotters (Credits) and To my friends. Next room (Hotel Monterey)
both talk about readymade structures (of flats). how the function can be easily changed but structure becomes untouched 
– I can tell you about a new video I’m working on during residency in Chianti.
It is a remake (film-zombie) of Ryszard Waśko‘s short theory of space in moving image from 1974. Part of a group Warsztat Formy Filmowej.

Miriam Bettin (she / her) is a Cologne based independent curator and writer with a focus on intersectional queer feminism and postcolonial narratives. Most recent projects include the group exhibition Taking Shapes at Lore Deutz, Poetics of Passing at Alte Tankstelle Deutz, Cologne (both 2023), and Aso là ´nkí, kí a tó ki ènìyàn – We greet the cloth before we greet its wearer at G.A.S. Farm House in Ikise, Nigeria (2022). In 2022, she has been a curatorial fellow at the G.A.S. Foundation in Lagos, Nigeria. Previously, she worked at Kölnischer Kunstverein, where she curated solo shows by José Montealegre and Emma LaMorte with accompanying publications. At Kunstverein Braunschweig, she curated solo exhibitions of Jasmin Werner, Marvin Luvualu António, and Hannah Weinberger, and worked with artists like Leda Bourgogne, Margaret Raspé, and Hassan Khan. Regularly, she writes for online magazines such as Conceptual Fine Arts and KubaParis. She is a graduate of the Curatorial Studies program at the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main.

Wschód is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2017 in Warsaw. The gallery represents emerging and mid-career artists working across a wide spectrum of practices. Apart from the exhibition program the gallery initiates a wide range of cultural activities - publication, institutional projects, and a gallery exchange program Friend of a Friend. In 2022 the gallery conceived a time-shared exhibition space ECHO in Cologne.
