Subtronics x Dirt Monkey - Warp Drive

New year, new music and a new(ish) approach. After spending the past year doing a whole lot more recording than I've ever done since this journey began, It feels appropriate to begin releasing again. 

For the foreseeable future I plan to put out a track a week, accompanied by a little (maybe large) "blog-esque" post describing the track, what went into creating it, where I was at the time (various states of being) and whatever other details that I feel the need to express *kanye shrug*

In The Meantime, this is the first track for me of 2018.

I wrote this sometime last year, let's say mid-summer 2017. The creation process if I remember correctly was kinda backwards and I think I actually finished the final verse before I did the rest of the song. Sonic-ally speaking, I feel like it makes for a great intro and I'm thinking its probably cause of the choir effect. Not too much else to say, but I look forward to improving in my blogging skills the more I release.
