This recording was a part the JACK Studio 2022 program. A big thank you to the JACK Quartet for selecting my work for the recording workshop.

When the mist comes, it envelops all things in its way. It obscures the vision of some while providing a veil for others. Either way, once the mist takes over, all will have uncertainty of what is in front. Some find that unnerving, while others find it comforting. A brief respite from the outside. A moment of reflection. The mist brings much of the unknown. How do we use this time? What will come of it? Will we truly understand the mist that overcomes us?
