I little hymn I wrote to the tune of "Be Thou My Vision." Christian Ecology seems more and more necessary every day. I pray for the future of our world and I appeal to Christ to help us in our mission to preserve our worldly home. God bless.

Lord Jesus was taken way up on the cross,
A lamb who was given for life and for loss,
And on some dreary morning when the sun doesn't show,
His cross and his visage, through the clouds they do glow.

In gardens and in wilders, in lakes and in ponds,
His church it does grow there, of it I am fond,
And on ev'ry solemn walk, through bushes and briars,
I see priests of antlers and the hooves of the friars.

And so I do proclaim now, to friends and to foes:
You must care for all nature, wherever you go,
For she is the work of God, our testament shows,
And to love ev'ry neighbor is to love that which grows.
