Bio: Tunisian by birth, Sami first got a taste of music, when he got his first complete setup and started to juggle with melodic, organic and tribal sounds. In constant search for new sounds, Sami takes inspiration from the ethnic tunes and instruments, spiritual music and melodic vocals. With every mix, listeners are bound to travel with him on a unique and exotic journey. He enjoys juggling with various genres of underground music, going from dreamy downtempo to ethereal techno.

Wir befinden uns mitten in der schönsten Jahreszeit. An Tagen wie diesen kann unserer blendenden Laune nicht einmal Regen etwas anhaben. Die Festivalsaison lässt uns nochmal Kind sein und weckt unsere Kreativität. Wir sehen Möglichkeiten statt Hindernisse und leben ein Wochenende in einer wundervollen Parallelwelt. Einzig getrieben durch unsere Grundbedürfnisse gleiten wir gelöst vom gesellschaftlichen Zwang durch die Stunden der Freiheit.
Dabei haben wir uns dieses Jahr mal gezielt in das bunte Treiben bei Tageslicht gestürzt. Hier zeigen sich Festivals und ihre Besucher nochmal von einer anderen Seite. Auf den Tanzflächen geht es meist etwas familiärer zu und die Djs spielen auch gern mal die die ausgefallenen Funde aus der Plattenkiste. Und wenn man als ganz früher Vogel den Wurm fängt, kann man auch die großen Schlangen umgehen und es bleibt mehr Zeit für die geliebten Tanzsportaktivitäten oder das oft vielfältige kulturelle Rahmenprogramm, welches ansonsten oft übergangen wird. Dabei können auch die kleinen Attraktionen abseits der großen Bühnen den Tag versüßen. Wir können nur jeden ermutigen auch mal den Tag zur Nacht zu machen und das Feiern unter dem blauen Himmel ausufernd zu genießen. 

So lasst uns die kleinen wieder gewonnenen Freiheiten der diesjährigen Open-Air Tanzsaison gebührend feiern und all die guten Begegnungen und Erfahrungen wertschätzen. Dabei wird Solidmind behilflich sein, der mit seinem Set zum Tanzen animiert.

Born and raised in Turkey, Evren Furtuna has grown largely familiar to the city of Istanbul & Ankara, playing from large clubs to small & exclusive parties. His keen balance of versatility & preservation astoundingly differentiate him from others. This versatility can be seen anywhere from exposing music lovers to new & locally-unheard sounds to pushing himself creatively in the studio. On the other hand, the preservation he presents can be seen in his character--his passion for the music is something that will never change. Evren’s blossoming body of work includes 2 full-length albums, 2016’s “A Part of the Cosmos” & 2021’s “Sahasrara”, His Anjunadeep debut, also the opening track to the label’s 20th edition of Explorations, “Cupid” was celebrated by Above&Beyond’s Tony Mcguinness & Marsh at Anjuna’s OpenAir London.
