Alexandra Onofrei known as Lexia Majora is a Romanian DJ based in Exeter UK, where she’s also doing her PhD (at the University of Exeter). Her research looks at the rominimal community and the rominimal genre, exploring questions of identity in this group. As a DJ, Lexia Majora played warm up sets for artists such as Daniel Avery, Mall Grab and Peach. She enjoys playing hard groove and Berlin techno, but also rominimal as this helps her to stay connected to her Romanian roots.

This mix contains some of Lexia Majora’s favourite rominimal tunes, and explores her love for wonky sounds as well as jazzy grooves and classical music.

AGHNES harbored a fervent aspiration to establish a distinguished collective in the realm of female house and techno. In collaboration with her lifelong partner in crime, Ameliée, they co-founded She Made in 2013 in Rome, Italy.
She Made stands as an ambitious party concept and label that focuses exclusively on female artists. Its inception began with a weekly residency at Rashomon Club, and after a decade, they have returned to their roots by hosting international women artists from the underground music scene.
The renowned She Made showcases have graced esteemed venues across Europe, including the illustrious FABRIC in London, Night Tales, Golden Gate, NF34, Goa Club, The EGG, Magick Bar, and many more.
In 2015, AGHNES ventured to London, where she quickly gained recognition in the underground scene. She embarked on a journey of performing at the city's most renowned clubs, warehouse parties, and festivals, often alongside celebrated international lineups.
AGHNES' musical upbringing, rooted in a diverse blend of house and techno, spurred her exploration of clubbing and music scenes throughout Europe. This odyssey led her to amass a rich collection of records, resulting in a broad spectrum of musical influences.
Her style is characterized by electrifying beats, mesmerizing acid breakbeats, and captivating grooves. AGHNES' profound adoration for club culture shines through her sets, as she meticulously dissects and seamlessly blends together the finest elements of her musical palette.
Next on her agenda is her debut in Hungary, set to take place on July 14th at Pontoon in Budapest.
