Music Obsessed Creative Daydreamer who occasionally creates a mix or two.
Pete’s love affair with Electronic music started in the early 80’s with bands like Depeche Mode, Japan and OMD when he discovered Sir John Peel’s radio show…..a radio show that would help shape his musical taste over the coming years…...after brief flirtations with Hip Hop / Electro and Early Indie music, He became obsessed with a new sound emerging from the US…..House Music. 
After settling in London in the early 90’s, He bought himself some decks and along with a friend began learning the art of mixing…..heavily influenced by the likes of Sasha & Digweed, and clubs like Renaissance / Basics / Ministry…...the sound was Progressive. 
He continued to follow the scene for a few years but sadly life got in the way and the mixing took a back seat for a while.
That was until about 2 years ago, when the passion was re-ignited and the move over to digital was made…...By no means an expert, but still very passionate about the music and scene……’I Just love the music’.

I had the incredible honor to play at the Spirit Space at Mystic Creatures Festival. What a wonderful experience to play music in this safe and slow space. Could have not imagined a more beautiful setting for this journey around 85 BPM. Thanks to all those beautiful souls that showed up to dance, chill, rest, dream or drift. Thank you to @truenaturemusic who played a wonderful set before me, thanks to all my loved ones that made the long journey by train and bus from Zurich to the festival! That day, Hekske (the little witch) got a rude awakening well before dawn when a snow flake landed straight on her face, while the wind was howling through the dark forest.  Falke (the 10 year-old witch apprentice) had once again snuggled under the moss blanket of the witch to keep warm and dry.  The winter had been mild up to then, but on that day the harsh winter weather had finally arrived. The outdoors life of a witch is full of beautiful and rewarding moments, but on mornings like these, even the toughest witch can sometimes be yearning for a warmer and drier place.
A little later, both girls were sipping from a warm cup of herbal tea and their morning mood brightened up considerably when they realized it was the new moon day, which meant it was the day of their monthly trip outside the witch’s forest.  They waited for the rain and wind to abate a bit, after which they took off and headed towards the east.  They had no idea where they were going to and were just following their inner compass.  It was a pretty easy flight with the girls benefiting from the strong tail wind and one hour later they reached Limburg, the easternmost province of Flanders with its breathtaking landscapes of orchards and lush forests. Today the place was even more beautiful than ever with its cover of immaculately white snow. After a while, the witches saw a girl waving at them from a heath field below them. As the girl was wearing a long white dress and walking barefoot, she was obviously a witch. Hekske and Falke touched down gently, where they got a warm welcome by the girl and her guard wolf. The girl was very young, but her long red hair and mesmerizing green eyes showed that she already was a powerful witch. After a long and tearful welcome hug with the witch, Hekske and Falke cuddled and hugged the wolf. The warm and fluffy feeling of a wolf is one of the most wonderful feelings a witch can get. 
This was a very special day for the girl as it was the very first time that she met other witches. They decided to go for a walk in the snow-covered heath field, which was dotted by several small meres (shallow ponds). The wolf was in a frisky mood and was playing in the snow all the time. The young witch explained that the wolf had left his pack to take care of her when she was still a child. Wolves are known to be the most faithful and trustworthy companions for witches. The bond between the wolf and witch was obviously very deep and soul-touching. 
Normally witches do a lot of mystic ceremonies, but on that day they decided just to have some fun and walk around this spellbinding winterscape. And at the end of the day, they gave a last hug to each other (including a fluffy hug to the wolf) and promised to visit them again next spring, when the heath will be in full bloom …

Il existe un monde qui ne réfracte pas la lumière. Un monde qui ne fait aucun bruit. Qui ne peut même être effleuré. Dont le parfum ne flotte nulle part.
Et pourtant... Il existe. Secret sans jamais se cacher.
Quelque part sous les sens, par-delà le voile de l’illusion, dans l’espace entre les espaces.
On croirait à un écho de ce que vous nommez réalité. Portant la marque du vivant, tel un reflet irisé. Dans sa nature, on décèle l’élégance propre aux mirages. Vous le prendriez pour un fantasme, un fantôme peut-être... Mais il est tout autre.
Un calque glissé entre ceux de la perception et du songe. Peut-être…

Tout débute dans un frémissement. Puis se disperse tel un halo d’incendie. Comme un galet dans un étang.
Une comète chute dans l’océan.

Forêts en traits d’encre. Tour d’ivoire. Typhon sous cloche de verre. Sarcophages. Abîme en fleurs. Grands cerfs en feu. Aurore cuivrée. Souffle chaud ou sueur froide. Plumage de cristal. Lueur de lame et nuage de poudre. Caresses sans craintes. Sang pour sève. Fièvre de vie.

Et dans l’œil du cyclone, l’origine même du monde.
