In their conversation, Ciel delves into the writer's block she overcame and where she drew inspiration from during the pandemic. She also deepens on her long list of collaborations as well as her approach to collaborating with other artists. Snippets from the EP are included towards the end of the show where Ciel also gives us a sneak peak into other up-and-coming releases.

Her mixes travel through Techno, Tech House, Electroclash, Hardcore and more giving off relentless energy and we're delighted to have her involved.

In the words of Rachael:

"The mix is inspired by my recent set at Field Maneuvers so anyone who was there might recognise a few bits off it! Really went for a go big or go home festival bangers set traversing across early 2000s tech house slammers, electroclash classics and early '90s hardcore belters. Here’s the track-list for last week’s Voyage de Lux radio show…..
@charlesgreen and I decided to take a diversion from our usual selections and picked records from our House / Tech House / Acid / Psychedelic / Dub Techno collections to mix up live on air. We both really enjoyed the session, playing 2 records each was a doddle, felt completely natural and complimentary. As things were flowing so well we continued for an extra hour and here is the result.
It’s always fun going to back to back with a fellow vinyl junkie whose taste in music you respect, and it’s also a great way of discovering new music. We both felt that this set would not be out of place somewhere like Houghton Festival on the Terminus stage, so watch this space for some possible back to back live sets from us in the future.
