'Marie Bloomfield gets the party started on Kittball this March with ‘Fiesta’, including a remix from Tinush.

Founded in 2005 by revered artists Tube & Berger, Dortmund-based label Kittball has played host to an array of talent from Moonbootica to Raumakustik. Following her debut release on Australian imprint Basement, Kittball welcomes German DJ and producer Marie Bloomfield to the family with her funky cut ‘Fiesta’ featuring Spotify sensation Tinush on remix duties.

Heavy kicks and tumbling percussion fuel the fiery ‘Fiesta’ as resonant horns lie under playful vocals, before Tinush offers up a bass-heavy reshape as driving low-ends work with repeating lyrics while keeping the Latin theme intact.

Our Diversions series explores the diverse processes and influences that manifest during the remix process. Each release presents fresh takes on the label’s original productions by both XYZ stalwarts and newcomers alike. This series is a chance to connect artists from across the musical spectrum in the pursuit of unique and unexpected tracks.

Fluida have been favorites of the When We Dip team for some time now, crafting a unique blend of live-instrumental driven melodic house. The London-based duo have graced Do Not Sit, Kindisch, and Jim Rider’s Signs in recent times, and now they step up to hammer home a gorgeous remix of Alejandro Mosso’s Sirocco.
