In the heart of winter, we revisit Mitch Oliver’s first solo EP on the label, Exil. The Montrealer is growing into a pillar of XYZ’s output, while also turning heads on the international scene through his powerful productions. We’ve enlisted a top-tier roster of remixers to take the reins on the original material, and these three maestros have absolutely nailed it! Raw Main, Maxi Degrassi, and Facundo Mohrr come together to present Exil (The Remixes).

Raw Main is one of the most forward-thinking producers in our global community of musicians. With projects everflowing on the likes of Abracadabra, Saisons, and Bar25, he’s got a distinct knack for balancing the foreign and familiar. The Frenchman has flipped Intrepid on its head, enlisting a heady acid-laced groove drenched in psychedelia. A touch of vocal bliss alongside organic riffs counter the synthetic foundation, placing this instant classic in a world of its own.

We’re thrilled to welcome back Maxi Degrassi on remix duty, as he steps into the driver’s seat on Wildfire. The Argentinian aficionado peruses through punchy percussion and haunting hooks, keeping the groove-centric vibe alive from start to finish. Lush builds add flavor at every turn, ensuring this dancefloor burner catches the ear of the globe’s finest selectors; a tantalizing tool!

Harnessing inspiration from a rejuvenating weekend of shows in NYC, Facundo Mohrr captures a perfect Sunday flow with his remix of Exil. Playful synths snap into focus on top of punchy kicks, as the vocal performance from Tea Verdene receives a trippy twist. Facundo produces yet another unpredictable groover that has become the signature of his sound, balancing immense dancefloor effect with bespoke melodic character.

Producers are the backbone of any label; developing supportive and genuine relationships with our artists is the core principle of TOR's development. Our 'Amis' series is an ode to the figures that we feel are at the foundation of the label's journey thus far.

To kick off the Amis series on TOR, there was truly only one man for the job. Wassu will always hold a special mantle at the TOR imprint, as the man who inaugurated the label with his Andu EP in 2020. Since then, the New Yorker has turned heads with a string of prolific releases on the likes of Anjunadeep, All Day I Dream, and When We Dip XYZ. With each passing project, Wassu's mastery of warm melodies and boastful basslines deepens, showcasing the ever-evolving sound of the wizardly Wassu.

It's safe to say that Wassu has outdone himself on this one, welcoming a widespread community of producers into the fold. He grabbed the baton & ran with it, sourcing a bounty of material for the debut of Amis. More than anything, this collection of music represents the fact that Wassu is a man of the people; one of the most important characters in the deep & melodic scene. He brings together artists from all corners for our debut Amis project - longtime collaborators, new faces, inspirational acts, studio partners, and burgeoning partnerships all align on Wassu's Amis.

Continuing to develop their core artists, Madloch's Sound Avenue welcomes Secretly Famous back to the label for their second artist EP. Hailing from Australia, the Secretly Famous production duo first emerged in 2021 on the strength of early offerings such as 'Chimera' and 'On Fire'. Noted for their ability to marry traditional and contemporary progressive sounds, the Secretly Famous duo was quickly tipped as a production team to watch going forward. The next three calendar years would see the Aussie duo continue to refine their sound, resulting in an aesthetic that was both groovy and melodic. Secretly Famous would begin their creative partnership with Sound Avenue in 2022, in the form of a well-received debut via label affiliate Future Avenue, a two-track EP which would go on to yield twenty-five additional appearances across the Belgian label collective. Perhaps none more impactful was the duo's Sound Avenue debut, a progressive take on ‘One Word' by Estonian duo about : river, a project which landed with a resounding thump just over a year ago. The first quarter of 2024 was highlighted by ‘Yeon', the duo's first artist EP for Sound Avenue, ultimately setting the stage for their latest vehicle ‘Outlive', a five-track showcase which takes a deeper look into the duo's far-reaching repertoire.

Once again we bring you the Joy of Six, as another half dozen belters roll off the Selador conveyor belt, and once again the Quality Control knob is switched all the way up to 11. It’s another truly global showcase too, with no less than four continents and seven countries represented.

So here we go Seladorians everywhere, Part 2 of 3! As you know by now (if you don’t, where ya been hiding?), a stupendous 19 brand new and exclusive tracks have been curated by label boss Steve Parry and our good friend and uber DJ Anthony Pappa, and mixed together in what can only be called a Trunkful of Titanic Tuneage.
Each track is now getting a full release over a series of 3 EPs, and next off the rank, it’s Part Two.

Esteemed electronic music label Kindisch proudly presents the latest addition to its catalog, the highly anticipated two-track EP titled "On The Way To Wonderland" by celebrated organic house artists Modd and Metanoya. The EP is set to captivate listeners with its ethereal soundscapes and meticulously crafted grooves, marking a significant milestone for both artists.

Modd has become a prominent figure in the organic house scene, with an impressive track record of global performances. Rounding out what has been a sensational year Tripp Baronner’s Yin imprint revives ‘Memories’ by Hot TuneiK. Much like the US imprint, the Mexican artist has enjoyed perhaps his best year on record. Released in April courtesy of Proton Music, ‘Memories’ was certainly a highlight, currently sitting in his top five best selling tracks for the year while also earning chart support from D-Formation. Yin now calls upon one of the underground’s finest in Lily Pita to bring new life to the track.

With past releases on John Digweed’s Bedrock Records and more recently an appearance on Quivver’s ‘ReKonstruct’ LP, Lily has continued to impress. Her interpretation of ‘Memories’ has turned out beautifully and no doubt foreshadows great things to come in 2019. The integrity of Hot’s groove is well maintained, tightened and more compact however and nicely dialled for the dance floor. On this foundation the Indonesian artist builds a captivating melodic storyboard, as hypnotizing motifs intertwine before a haze of a sonics build to an effervescent sizzle during the main break. A classy rework from Lily which will likely find a home in the sets of progressive music’s finest DJs.

Ouïe Circle is the new sub-label of Ouïe, the left-of-center label run by party legends Nico Stojan and Acid Pauli. 
With this new imprint, Ouïe Circle provides an additional playground for new talents and an outlet for more experimental music from established artists. The idea was drawn from plans for future Ouie label parties where the DJs or artists perform in the middle of the dancefloor, surrounded by the audience, creating an intimate vibe free of classic gig cliches. 

David Mayer, (who made his debut on Ouïe 2018 with his well perceived ‚The Call‘ EP) is first up - dropping two tracks created especially for this project. 

'Circle' is a dancefloor friendly psychedelic after-party jam built around a persistent rhythm, tricky percussion and an affecting vocal by Bastien Picot that gets heavily processed as the track develops.

'Pi' has a similar approach - an infectious, loopy groove, eventually giving way to synth melodies and crunchy percussive hits.
