Westseven will forever maintain a unique role at the XYZ imprint, as he played a key role in the label’s very first release in collaboration with Budakid. The Anjunadeep regular and Soul De Amina head is no stranger to the scene, crafting a stellar reputation throughout the years via productions teeming with quality.

We were delighted to welcome him back to XYZ earlier this year with his melodic masterpiece - Compass. He teamed up with Ross Farren, harnessing blissful vocals with bountiful drums for an uplifting aura. Originally crafted in the depths of the longest winter, we now revisit Compass with renewed energy and inspiration during this time of global rejuvenation. We’ve harnessed a roster of remixers brimming with talent and inspiration, presenting a set of remixes and edits built for soaring summer nights.

Enamour leads the line in stunning fashion, as we welcome him into the XYZ fold for the first time. The Washington D.C. based producer has established a sought-after sound through releases with Anjunadeep, Desert Hearts, Kindisch , and Rose Avenue. Enamour twists Compass to bring pure club appeal. A punchy bassline drives us forward, as Ross’ vocal work ebbs and flows as the energy elevates. With a dub version on offer, Enamour’s remixes are aimed straight at the dance floor. 'UK-based DJ and producer Dougal Fox come to Polyptych. Having started his career relatively recently, at the end of 2020, Dougal immediately caught his vector of sound, choosing the path of atmospheric and deep Progressive House with elements of Ethnic and Organic House. Having the journey through releases on such labels as Clubsonica Records, PHW Elements, Electronic Groove Records, and also lit up on our "daughter" Polyptych Limited, he comes to our main line of labels with a new single "Burning Air". Dougal's unaltered sound here is supported by a more dynamic drum part and slightly exciting arps, which looks like a new step for the artist.

The release is supported with remixes by such artists as Lucas Rossi (Proton Music / Hoomidaas / The Soundgarden), Mariano Montori (Tale & Tone / Plattenbank / Beat Boutique), Tonaco (Mango Alley / Balkan Connection / The Purr), and Roumie (Polyptych / Krafted Records / Massive Harmony Records).

'As 2022 draws to a close, Purified Records delivers a new selection of melodic gems in its latest VA compilation – Purified Fragments XIII. Opening with their instrumental cut ‘Wind’, German production outfit Diode Eins make their label debut. Floating across a laidback arrangement, the producers combine undulating synths, shuffling percussion and bold instrumentals to enter a mystical realm. Namatjira teams up with Jelle van Leeuwen for a delicate and blissful offering ‘Reminiscent’, where the producers devise a stunning instrumental arrangement with a timeless feel. 

Frankfurt-based artist Paraframe closeses out the compilation with ‘Euphoria’. Building a hypnotic soundscape with staccato notes and raw bass, the track turns with a mesmerising drop that will keep listeners hooked across its duration.'

It took no less than 15 years of DJ’ing before Sandeep finally found his way to the studio, resulting in a remix for, and several collaborations with, die Stube Records founder Hollt. Sandeep’s long, deep, progressive and atmospheric sets have paved the way for his first ever solo EP, ‘The Deeper Dreamer’.

The EP kicks off with the story-telling ‘The Deeper Dreamer’, built on a solid foundation of drums, a slightly filtered kick and several dreamy synths and pads. With the delicate and dreamy original fitting for those longer sets in dark basement clubs, Hollt’s reinterpretation has a slightly coarse sound in comparison, yet making it a day-dreamy track for those hazy afternoons.

For Whom The Bells Toll is special collaboration between Sandeep and Australian based cellist Wilma. After having met online, the two artists worked together on this slightly melancholic, deep house an neo-classical music cross-over gem. Listening to the original during the night, the acoustic version will suit any Sunday morning.
