Some Accomplishment!

This week I tried yoga for the first time and made the mistake of thinking that it would be a leisurely activity. 

It's not, it's actually really tough. 

I took a class at NYLovesYoga.com and spoke to my instructor Lucas Hall about all of the benefits that yoga has to offer for people getting in to shape. I also discovered first hand how miserable heat exhaustion can be.

It's Hot And I'm Doing Yoga

In this update I talk about an actual milestone that I am very proud of! I also talk about my buddy Tom who is getting married this weekend, and wrote me a very thoughtful email hours after I published my first episode!

Rain or shine, a new show will be posted every Thursday. Unfortunately my computer's hard drive died and all of my data was lost. Next week will be a new episode in which I am hypnotized. Technical Difficulties

In an attempt to enjoy training for next year's marathon I thought it would be a wonderful idea to get hypnotized to enjoy running. On this week's episode, hypnotherapist Daniel Ryan from The Center for Integrative Hypnosis.  I asked Daniel if he could hypnotize me to enjoy training, and it turns out that hypnotherapy doesn't work like it does in the movies.
