WWRU-Lonely

WWRU is a German/Dutch producer team based in Berlin. 

The lead singer and guitar player of WWRU, Christian Menzel has his musical roots as a singer-songwriter. He works as a producer and songwriter in Berlin and startet the WWRU project with Dutch electro DJ Bram van der Poel. Bram is a computer and sound geek and he rocks his own BRM project in different clubs around Europe. 

WWRU makes electro-acoustic pop comparable to acts like "Empire of the Sun", "Laidback" and "Viva la Fete". The sound builds upon fat electro beats, synthesizers and guitars and is mixed together with catchy pop melodies. 

In their first song "Lost souls in Berlin", you experience the feeling of a party night in a city that never sleeps. WWRU is ready to connect to all the lost souls in this world and unite them into one.
