Based on the true story of Ota Benga, a African pygmy whose tribe and family were killed by a bigger tribe, then was sold and brought to America for the World's Fair in 1904, who then ended up being displayed in the Bronx zoo with an orangutan as a missing link to support the current 'scientific' beliefs.

His music has a poetic and philosophical tone with creative fingerstyle guitar work, in the spirit of Nick Drake, Uncle Tupelo, Joni Mitchell, and J.Mascis. Eric has recently recorded 6 EP's, ranging from folk to hard rock, where he played all of the instruments under the name 'lone undertones'.
