Following hot on the heels of Rich Raw’s ‘Souled Out’ earlier in the year comes another two tracks of hard hitting drum & bass with both summer sundown home listening and full-on dance floor fuel for the fire in mind.

The clue’s in the name on ‘Solaris’ which opens with rich strings and ethereal pads that give way to a beautiful Balearic breakdown. Guitar, sax, keys and the all important vox combine and sit us nicely outside Café Del Mar for hazy pre-club beers....until the second drop where we’re treated to a little more bounce by the ounce.

Rough, rugged and undoubtedly raw, the strongest release to come out of the Wyatt Noise camp yet is about to unleash for the summer. Two tracks of unadulterated tech-stepping goodness sending Rich Raw well on his way.

“I've been really getting to grips with my Virus recently and pretty much all the sounds in these tracks have been made from scratch using that. With ‘Oblivion’ I really wanted to write something that rolled, you know that classic sound. The dinosaur call bass was written back in 2005 and I stumbled across the arpeggiator on the Virus for the main tech-fused funk line.

‘7 Fifty One’ got it's name as I started it at 7.51am after getting home from DJ’ing and not being able to sleep. I came up with that filthy bass lick then. Coming to think of it I reckon my best work is often done in the mornings!” Rich Raw 2016

Rolling into autumn and Wyatt Noise raises its levels once more for the next installment fresh out of the Rich Raw studios. The 90’s heritage vibes are strong in this one as Rich gifts us a couple more dance floor gems fit to hit the pit of your stomach in a club near you very soon.

"SpoonFunk" came about when I created that rolling bass. It happened to fit perfectly with the drums on an older track. Add a bit of studio voodoo and the result is possibly my best track to date. With "call and answer" synth motifs, it's subtle evolution over five minutes results in a carefully crafted and developed musical composition.
