The 'Can You Hear Me?' podcast series was created to give voice to the diverse talent working to improve health and care for people in West Yorkshire, and is presented by members of the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership's Strategic Race Equality Network. 

For season three, the show has evolved. It has been re-titled as ‘Can You See Me?’ and will be available to watch on the Partnership’s YouTube channel.
