The art of first person narration was carefully waved across the canvas of currency, safe in the hands of Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald. 
Juxtapose. Tragedy and genre. wielding war, gaudy revels, theatre, drama, reality, fictional reality, the American Dream, romance, delusion, obsession, self destructing retribution, human follies, the hopelessness of societal constructs and man's struggle with time and fate.
Scott Fitzgerald was such, such, such an intimidating writer to say the least. For me. Even in his failed attempts to go through with “The Vegetable”. I’m even taken back by his throw aways “The last tycoon. Him finishing it would’ve been like Michael performing the “This is It” tour. Or Scarface and Tupac’s “2Face” album. Or like the likes of Rembrandt finishing the Alexander the Great painting. Nonetheless.
