（Aメロがサンドリア、Bメロがジュノ）

もともとフュージョン好きですが、なかなか作る機会は少なく「久しぶりにどフュージョンやってみよう！」と思いながら作りこんでいた曲でした。
音源的には、JVエキパンのMMスラップベース、NI BatteryのStudioDrumキット、EXS24にインポートしたHolyGrailピアノあたりを、この頃よく使ってました。

His name is Joseph Badaracco and he’s the author of the book "Leading Quietly: An Unorthodox Guide to Doing the Right Thing." Today on the show, Joe and I discuss the heroic archetype of leadership, why most leadership development books and courses focus on it, and why heroic leadership can actually get in the way of an organization’s success. He then shares the qualities of a quiet leader and why they’re often more effective than heroic leaders at getting things done in an organization. We end our conversation by exploring the Aristotelian approach to leadership that most quiet leaders utilize and how you can start using those same principles today in your work, community, and family.

I've wanted to cover Equilibrium for awhile, and REO was interested in doing a rock mix of it, so this was the result! I really like how it came out, REO did a great job with the instrumentation. It was challenging finding a balance (lololol) between having the whispery quality of the vocals that the original had and giving it enough power to fit a rock song, but I think I managed to find it.
