I wanna know, if the things that I did when I was young are who I am, or who I was.

Who I Was

This is part of my 20 year portfolio (under aliases) of live mixes (including vinyl) to make the classics live again!..my music style comes from blending sounds that normally wouldn’t live in the same space or time - I love taking familiar groove tracks and reimagining them with new energy, whether that’s through creative sampling, unexpected transitions, or layering vocals over completely different instrumentals - see my track list here: https://soundcloud.com/ch_risk_1   I hope you enjoy the vibes and please share it across all generations, so everyone can join in the New Groove! 🎶

Disco Dome- Temptation (2025)

I have re subscribed for another year due to followers asking me to come back. I hope you enjoy my mixes! 

I first started DJ'ing in 1978 when my friends made a "disco deck" from homemade components, I then bought the "Citronics" mixers,  amp and speakers off them and rebuilt it into something awesome!

I then did local clubs and pubs and was known as

"Apple Whites Funk Show"  

Had some real fond memories way back then, met some really nice people too and not so nice, including those that stole from me,  i had a lot of 12" records stolen from one gig :/

I then stopped doing clubs etc and went on to only pre order parties etc, as time was getting less and less for me.

I now do DJ'ing for pleasure only, for me and you, hence why a "like" is all so important to me, it keeps me going and mixing the music we all love and know so well and to listen to those we don't.

I hope you enjoy the mixes i do and perhaps, maybe follow to show your appreciation in my work.

I  try and cater for all tastes, as i have a very wide and varied taste myself, but the 80's and Trance/drum & bass are my favs :)
