Strange Rollers have been a fundamental part of the Top Drawer Digital journey right from the start , playing an integral part in the development of our sound over the past two decades.

Drawing from a vast music collection and currently in the midst of writing a book exploring the history of rave influenced music , that musical pedigree shines through in these outstanding slices of Breakbeat driven dance floor destroyers.

With layers of history for the headz merged with future sensibilities for the new generation of ravers in my opinion this is their finest TDD release to date.

The 2 tracks that round out this EP are remixes of Windows In The Sky by Jimmy J & Cru-L-T, which is just a beautiful remix done in the early style of Jimmy J & Cru-L-T that screams 1994! Then we have an InnerCore remix of Return To 2092. The InnerCore remix takes the original back even further in time, to the earliest days of hardcore rave music.

If you have heard Luna-C play live at an event this past year or so, or SupaSets 21 & 22, then you would of heard a couple of these tracks already but Austin really shows what the early days of Rave was all about with this insane double vinyl release. All inclusive and not afraid to try things. This is rave meets jungle meets industrial meets sitar music, an instrument that Austin actually plays himself.
