Finally, a new track. Took a bit to work on, since I had other stuff to do and been a little bit low on motivation. 
I had to use Saster's FLP for some things in the song. But most of the cover was made by me.

2024 Song Commentary:
Ah, my most popular track, sitting at 1 million views on my Youtube.
I was led to make this song after listening to the original FNF cover of it, and it's safe to say that I was not pleased.
This cover of Confronting Yourself, along with the first one I made, is in the key of C sharp/D flat. This is because of a cover made by one of my former favorite Undertale fan musicians. I'm certain that cover is gone forever now, as that musician's tracks seem to have been completely wiped from their archives.

I used the voice for Sonic from The Chaos Series because I really didn't like the one used in the original cover.
The voicelines for Sonic.exe here were recorded by myself. The line in the segue before the Super Sonic section is a reference to a line in the bad ending of another Sonic.exe game.

The idea of having Super Sonic was around before I even made this song. I didn't want to have Sonic lose to his evil faker, because I know he wouldn't give up, even after being taunted by Sonic.exe with his dead friends. I know Sonic would protect the world for the ones he love no matter what.
I did everything in my power to make the moment as powerful as I could. I had a fakeout that made it seem like Sonic was defeated before showing the Chaos Emeralds, I held off on starting the singing to let the transformation breathe, and I had Sonic be the one to take his turn first, because there has been a shift in power, and Sonic has the advantage. Sonic and Sonic.exe sing the same notes in the guitar solo as a final clash.
The outcome of the fight is left ambiguous, but if you ask me, my cards are on Sonic winning.

As you could've guessed from my Community tab on YouTube, a remix of Saster's "CONFRONTING YOURSELF" was comin'!

Those of you who followed me on Soundcloud know that I already remixed the original "MEGALOVANIA" version of Confronting Yourself for the Differentopic AU. 

And if you already listened to it, you'll notice that I reused that track for the instrumental of this track! I thought since the original "FNF" just used the "MEGALOVANIA" for the instrumental, I may as well do the same!

Haha yes, finally finished.
Sorry for making a lot of Megalos, but I had to finish this one.
Yeah I thought it'd be a cool idea to also make an intro thing (it's more like a replacement for the spooky Chara theme) and I thought that name was perfect for it, so...yeah.
And I dumbed down the ending solo on purpose because I personally think it went on for way too long in the original honestly.
That's pretty much it. Hope y'all enjoy.

Well this one was unexpected, huh? 

My expectations for this was to replicate Saster's version as well as I could, but also staying fresh by adding a couple things, like instead of a traditional backing guitar, I used a guitar preset from Genny Beta, and I also added old elements from previous covers and improved on them here!

I wanted to improve on Saster's, like I did for OFA, but this time I actually started from scratch so it took me awhile, but it was totally worth it, especially for the S3&K sound effects.

Also, look out for the next track I post, it'll be one that I've been needing to do for awhile now.

One last thing, WOW you all got me quite a following recently! Thanks so much for that! It's honestly really overwhelming, but that just means I have more people to impress so I'll do my best!
