You played a lot with what is expected and not in this soundscape. It seems to start off on a happy major and transition into this complex dissonance through the middle right here. And holding off on the pluck afterwards made me pause. Really good job. Any insight you could give into why you wrote it this way?

This was done in a very short time but it was all the more fun and challenge to work on this - the brief was "slightly retro, uplifting, slowish", so I tried to make it sound like a bit of an 80s sci-fi movie endscroller track. Despite some serious micromanagement to fit the future visuals, I'm very very happy with the end result.
