I have been thinking of making some sort of 2000s techno throwback for quite a while now, and today I happened to have the time and resources to do exactly that. After 5 hours of work, I proudly present to you another very important project of mine that I will keep in mind for a while, just the same as I did with any of my other big musical achievements.



Honestly, considering the fact I've announced this song around 6 hours before the release kinda impresses me, the reason being how fresh the song felt to me and most importantly how short of a time it took. I won't forget this day!

Finally I bring you after a long time a new song, in collaboration with my friend Dart. I could say it's one of the most entertaining collaborations I've made so far, because when I made some parts of the song, Dart improved them, and when he made his parts, I improved them. Now about the song, I made the melodies of some sounds that Dart designed, like the melodies of the pre-drops, he made the intro, the first drop, and the outro, and I made the breakdowns, the pre-drops (except after the first drop) and the second drop. And about the name, the song had something to do with a journey, Dart and I were thinking, until after imagining space a bit, we came up with Astral Journey, with which I never believed was a sequel to my song Cosmic Journey. And well, I hope you like this song.

About the EP: it has 4 dubstep/riddim songs, the name itself of the EP comes from the fact that all the songs were made by old scrapped projects and for the first time (in all the songs) I worked with the chorus effect given by Caustic in the drop parts and some melodies.



About the song: my first time trying to get an actual melodic dubstep thing, I think it came out at least a bit decent but I would like sum advices on how to continue producing other songs of this type
