Pat Brick has had a string of sensational releases in the past 12 months. Firstly with R.A.N.D Muzik recordings, more recently with Dansu discs as well a fabulous feature on Potatoheadz. 

His productions have varied in style, mood and genre and this mix is a reflective and raw taste of his diverse inspirations and selections.

Mantissa Mix 178: DJ Life

@Frinda_di_Lanco ’s selection ranges from cosmic, disco, italo and synth-pop to wave, new beat and house music. She frequently occurs in clubs around her hometown Berlin, debuted at festivals like Primavera Sound and Fusion Festival in 2019 and appeared in clubs like About Blank Berlin, Szpitalna 1 Krakow, Tell Me Sofia, Forestlimit Tokyo, Arkham Shanghai and Tag Chengdu. With her partner @Hendrik_Stein she is running "@Avec_Plaisir_Records" to unveil and reissue forgotten jams.

In her mix she took a rather dance-y approach. As she said to me: "I was in a quite aggressive mood yesterday. I have two jobs and can't work in both of them since months because of Covid. So that's why I called it "Progressive Aggressive" – after I recorded it, I felt much better!"
