Made has been bunkered down in the north of Norway cooking up an EP -‘ Et Helvetes Rabalder’ - that harks back to that 'classic' 90s Paper Recordings sound with help from some of his Scandinavian friends.

First up is ‘Tylen Fra Sande’. A peak-time house cut for discerning dance floors featuring filtered samples, rolling disco bass, snatched vocals and drums that swing like an illicit New York after-hours. The pedal hits the floor and stays there. Hailing from Sweden, Storken does what he does best with a remix that is groove-heavy and soulful, with a touch of disco wonk. It will give the beards something to Shazam, but more importantly the dancers the perfect soundtrack to throw down shapes to.

‘Spillopper I By'n’ shows another side to MAde's production with a downtempo cut that wouldn't sound out of place on Kruder & Dorfmeister's K & D Sessions. It's super deep with a bass that flanges like Trevor Horn is manning the controls, live drums, delayed guitars and is the sound of a band jamming in the pocket at 4am of the best speakeasy you've never been to. Fellow Norwegian Kappekoff takes things into cosmic territory with soaring synths, arps, delayed vocals and enough disco stardust to power a space shuttle! Norway's future is in very good hands.
