* The duel at worlds’ edge begins.

Pizzapants, donning the mask of a dream eater, stands tall as the Roaring Knight. Just as individuals’ dreams die in the hands of places like Ice-E, the Knight wields the power to end all stories. He exists outside prophecies and is completely invincible. However, as the Delta Warriors face down this warrior at the end of their journey, he has unknowingly become part of a new legend— one of the three’s own making, and is finally open to attack. This is the heroes’ last chance to defeat the dream eater once and for all.

REVERIE OF SHATTERED HOPE

For this track I wanted to experiment with a more orchestral style. I was suggested to mix Earthbound with Dragon ball Z, and while the result was certainly interesting, I also drew some inspiration from You Say Run. Overall, I think the style could have used a bit more work, but still satisfied.

This came third place in the most recent music poll! Most of you will likely remember the oft-returning Flowey-as-Queen/Underrune-type AU that spawned from these very music polls, and this song was made with that AU in mind.

Toriel primarily takes Ralsei's role throughout this adventure. Despite this, however, the Chaos King replacement belongs to her. Much like in Undertale, she claims the primary reason for holding them back is that she's afraid something would happen to Frisk and Chara -- even with her guidance and presence. As it turns out, however, she's initially rather concerned and skeptical about leaving the confines of her "domain". She's more scared of something happening to her, and of leaving her subjects without someone to watch over them.
