listen to positive feedback, know strengths & weakness.

learn from temporary setbacks,  persist you’re bettrr. 
ignore negativity, reasess, adjust & stay the course,
learn when to say no or compromise without burning bridges
have a healthy self esteem, think positive and feel confident about the future
surround yourself with optimistic helpful people and avoid the negative ones

As they say, a good way to predict the future is to invent it
Everthing’s gonna be all right
Whenever there’s a will there’s a way
Pick a path to r   a better day

A life without goals is like being on a cross country trip with no map
How do you know you got  to where you want to be?
Be organized in your mind, your time your space
Get rid of extra stuff, have your mind at peace
Be aware of obstacles, find ways around them
Invest in yourself, improve just 1% a day 
I know life is hard but imagine just for a moment
If it all was possible, where would you be in a year?
What would you do? how would it feel?
