Meloncholique is a reworked version of an old song I wrote years ago. It's basically about feeling completely empty and lost in your own world...and enjoying the darkness.

Requiem

Xavier Prinz is the personification I've given my art and I am my art. I am a singer/songwriter from a small town in the North West (yeah, my story has that cliche begining). I've been writing and singing for years now - mostly eerie piano ballads - but I found myself being influenced by sounds of Asa, Joss Stone, Simphiwe Dana, James Morrison and John Meyer. My sound  became a favourable cocktail of the soul, blues, rnb, rock and jazz genres. I write about basically everything but I enjoy telling stories about heartbreak, love, philanthropy-esc things and healing. I've been recording a few demo's and I have need to share them.
