Needle

COCONUT OIL, MINT TEA & LAVENDER

[while in the process of my creating]... I try to always paint a picture or a mood, or a colour, or whatever theme when im making a mix. this one was inspired by my previous mix [hot shower, candles, and palo santo]. but idk this time around, i felt like i wanted to dig deeper. kinda like conducting a research in a sense, or trying to put puzzle pieces together. i felt challenged, in the most easy-going sense you can describe it; like trying to open a child-proof bottle cap. but then i remembered i had to go back to the root. I had to stay present, and listen to my own voice, experience my own living breathing body, and the answer was always in the stillness and what i gravitated towards - music. so I finally recorded it after two years of holding onto this idea/vision.

coconut oil, mint tea & lavender - an accumulation of songs i've loved and hoarded for the past two years in no particular order experienced throughout a two-hour sweet sonic trip. 

what I like to do while these songs play: make some tea, stretch, eat some fruits, drink water w lemon/lime or smoke weed on a balcony/in a backyard; walk to the park, bike along the shore + get some sunshine with my bestie; do some shrooms, laugh, make a to-do list, make some nourishing food, HEAL, etc...
